You already have a lot on your plate and the thought of having to sit in L.A. traffic, find someone to watch your sleeping child*, or plan on telling your boss that you have to take an extended lunch, just sound like daunting tasks.

While the pressures and expectations of the modern woman have increased, so has the ability for us to connect in new ways. If you grew up watching The Jetson’s like me, then you know it felt like this far off idea back then, but thankfully today we are living that reality. Online/Video Therapy, otherwise known as Telehealth, is an option for those who want to partake in the convenience of getting support and conducting therapy from the comfort of your own home, office, favorite nature spot or any location where you can escape to for a little privacy and have the ability to focus on yourself.

A simple app is used to conduct the therapy, each week we would meet just the same as if you were to come in to the office. We don’t use Skype or FaceTime, because those apps are not compliant with privacy laws. Therefore when conducting Online/Video therapy, you can be sure that our communication is securely encrypted and transmitted directly between you and I, with no third party in between. Video chatting programs that are considered HIPAA compliant are responsible to keep all client information secure.

Curious about what the experience will be like and if this is right for you? Ask to schedule your free phone consultation using the free app on your phone or computer. A link will be emailed to you with directions on how to connect. You do not need to be tech savvy, they are pretty simple to follow. A video tutorial is included here if you would like to see for yourself. https://vsee.com/vsee-tutorials-manuals/

*Babies are welcome during in-person session because I know that leaving your baby is sometimes not an option and it is important to get new moms out of the house. Online therapy is an alternative option.
